We’re turning 60!
It will be our 60th anniversary in July and we’re getting ready to celebrate – we’ve even got our own logo specially designed for the occasion thanks to Andrea Pettigrew.
And what better way to commemorate our achievement than with an exhibition of historical photographs of Cambridge, many taken by those photographic pioneers who were our early club members.
Thanks to the support of the Cambridge community along with a great deal of help and time from Kathryn Parsons and Karen Payne at the Cambridge Museum, we have unearthed a treasure chest of early Cambridge images, along with memorabilia from the club’s early days.
This is an exhibition not to be missed as it will be the first public viewing of many of the photographs, so put this date on your calendars to come and see our exhibition at the Cambridge Library 24th – 28th July.
Following is the programme of our 60th Anniversary celebration event for club members past & present and invited guests to be held at Resthaven Village Centre on 29th July.
